AI Agent Platform provides artificial intelligence-powered conversational agents that can handle voice, text, and video interactions for businesses. Our Service includes AI agent creation and customization tools, multi-channel deployment capabilities, analytics and reporting features, integration with third-party services, and customer support and training resources.

To use our Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use our Service.

We offer various subscription plans with different features and usage limits. Current pricing and plan details are available on our Pricing page. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Each plan includes specific usage limits. Exceeding these limits may result in additional charges or service restrictions.

You agree not to use the Service to: violate any applicable laws or regulations; infringe on intellectual property rights; transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; interfere with or disrupt the Service; use the Service for illegal activities or fraud; create AI agents that impersonate real individuals without consent; or generate spam, harassment, or malicious content.

The Service, including all software, content, and technology, is owned by AI Agent Platform, Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data and content. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to use your data to provide the Service. You are responsible for the content and behavior of AI agents you create. You must ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such processing. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We retain your data as necessary to provide the Service and comply with legal obligations.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. We may perform scheduled maintenance that temporarily affects service availability. We will provide advance notice when possible. Support is provided according to your subscription plan. Response times and support channels vary by plan level.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI AGENT PLATFORM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Agent Platform from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription through your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data after a reasonable period following termination.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
